Director

Dom is a fundraising leader with extensive experience in partnership development, strategy, and corporate fundraising. Working with some of the world’s most impactful organisations and observing their challenges in sourcing practical solutions to fundraising challenges, he founded Make Change Consulting to provide an alternative, action-focused consultancy reflective of NGO and charity values.

Before founding Make Change, Dom was the Climate Justice Partnerships lead at ActionAid, and set-up and led the Corporate Fundraising team at Restless Development International. As a freelancer Dom has held a number of other fundraising roles and consulted for national charities, international development, climate and conservation NGOs.

On the weekends Dom can be found running, surfing, snowboarding or watching his beloved West Ham lose!
